It's time for another photo essay! I've done these with photographs I have from my trips to Ecuador and Israel, and I want to keep them going as I travel to different places (Ecuador post here and Israel post #1 and #2). I've posted photos from my trip before, but these should be some new ones. Thanks for reading and viewing!

I traveled with my best friend and our flight out was early in the morning, we saw the sunrise from the sky!

ree
It rained when we arrived, but not once for the entire rest of the trip!

ree
Flying in and seeing the skyscrapers for the first time was magical, an aerial tour of NYC by helicopter or something similar is definitely on my bucket list now!

ree
We had this view of the Empire State Building steps away from our hotel, and this image is currently my phone's lock-screen!

ree
I believe this image is in another blog post, but I love it. This is another view of the Empire State Building, just from the Chelsea Highline at golden hour. If I made postcards out of my images from this trip, this would definitely be one of them!

ree
As we walked the Highline, we caught glimpses of the river in between all the buildings. I think the sky in this shot is beautiful!

ree
This is an image shot looking at the opposite direction from the last one. I particularly love the golden highlights on the buildings and the windows on the walkway in the middle.

ree
Here's an image with a different color scheme, and a peek of Hudson Yards' Vessel. My inner love of architecture photography is popping out!

ree
One day, my friend and I popped out of a subway exit to this view! It's so interesting to me that there is a beautiful Gothic cathedral in the middle of such a metropolis.

ree
This was taken inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art, which I loved! I'd really love to go back one day and explore more.

ree
Another favorite day of mine was when we visited Coney Island. We got good weather, ate good food, and I had forgotten how relaxing it is to sit and listen to the ocean!
